Spreading the Light!

Teaching Torah and imparting its Divine knowledge is only a fragment of the Lev Aharon mission. Our dream, our hope and our greatest aspiration is that our students should learn not just to learn Torah but to personify Torah. To live it, breathe it and internalize its eternal values. We grab any opportunity that will help our students actualize the very principles that we strive to teach them. Chessed, kindness, and love for our fellow Jew are of the most essential ideals in Judaism. When Rabbi Yishai Rabi found out about an eventfor special needs kids looking to bring joy and simcha to their children, he didn’t hesitate for a moment. In seconds, he galvanized a group of boys together to light up the faces of these precious souls. The experience was surreal. Beyond words. Its hard to know who was more touched by Lev Aharon’s arrival on the scene, the children, their therapists and counselors, or our own students. An atmosphere of pure Simcha radiated throughout the evening as our boys danced and sang, spreading the light to these special Neshamot. We present some pictures and videos of the event in the hope that you can catch a small glimpse of the love and joy that prevailed during their visit. It will not soon be forgotten.
